6 feet, 5 inches and 175 pounds of amazing...

Derek Jeter 1995 The New York Yankees bring 21 year old Derek Jeter, short stop. Coming striaght out of High School into the Yankees Farm System.

Theirs no word to describe him. Captain Derek Jeter is one of a kind. He's been playin for 15 years and has done wonders. Passed and set so many records.

He's great at the plate, amazing in between 2nd and 3rd base, and a hunk with the ladies.
Only played 15 games his 1st year in 1995 with the New York Yankees, and the very next year became the Yank's regular shortstop.

Became captain in 2003.

Yankees won four World Series titles as Jeter being their short stop. 1996, 98, 99, 2000.

He bats right, throws right, and wears the number 2 on his back 162 days in the year, not including playing in October.

He's father is Afican American, His mother Caucasian, His heritage is a mix of German, Afican, Irish and Indian.

This man does wonders on and off the feild.

If only....

86 years since the Redsoxs had won a World Series title. Up 3 games to none, getting ready to end what they thought was the beginning of something huge.

We Yankee fans didn't know had just happened. Most thought it was a mistake, others thought they were just that good. You didn't know what to think or say. All you saw was one of the greatest comeback in the history of sports...

The Redsoxs were back...

It'd had been 86 years since they saw a new ring on their fingers, If only we'd won one more game. It would have been 87, 88, 89 years cause would they have won in 2007?

It's a new era, the Redsoxs are in the race again? Just one game, ONE game and their mouths would still be shut. Ego's are high in Boston and their fans are finally coming out of the closet...

They wouldn't talk crap cause they had nothing to back it up with, If only we'd won one more game. We woudn't have to replay that year over and over again in our minds, and see the nightmare in our dreams.

Thats all we can say, If only life would be the same.

Hearts were broken, New York was quite, speechless to be exact.

Who can we blame but ourself?
